Día 12 / Day 12

Medan, 20 de Septiembre de 2011, Destino soñado.

Hoy llegamos a Indonesia temprano, a la ciudad de Medan, evitemos los chistes y pasemos a lo serio. Qué lugar más feo por favor!!! No sé ni cómo ni porque llegamos acá, pero mañana nos vamos, eso es seguro. Uno puede aguantar ver pobreza, gente indigente, ruidos y contaminación de todo tipo, si es que a cambio recibe alguna belleza natural o cultural, pero acá no hay nada de nada. Por suerte en el hotel nos ayudaron a conseguir un vuelo a otra ciudad de este país donde solo estaremos de paso para finalmente llegar a dos lugares altamente recomendados. Nos fue difícil encontrar donde comer y finalmente dimos con un Pizza Hut, al menos la pizza es pizza? Ahora la cena por un cuestión de seguridad estomacal la vamos a hacer en el hotel y mañana veremos qué pasa. Acá les dejo una foto del hermoso lugar donde estamos.

Medan, September 20th 2011, Dreamed destination.

We arrived to Indonesia to Medan city early in the morning. What a nasty and ugly place!!! I don’t know how and why we are here, but we are leaving tomorrow, that’s for sure. It’s possible to stand the poorness, indigent people, noise and all kind of pollution, if there is something in reward like a cultural or natural beauty, but nothing over here. We were helped in the hotel to find a flight for tomorrow to another city where we are going to plan the next days for two very recommended destinations. It was difficult to find a place to have lunch today and finally we arrived to Pizza Hut, at least pizza is pizza everywhere? We are going to have dinner at the hotel in order to preserve our stomach health and tomorrow we will see what happen. Here you have a photograph of the beautiful place we are.
